Ideas Matter Fellowships for West African Scholars in a US Institution

Ideas Matter US-based Scholar Fellowship is OPEN for applications! This fellowship was designed specifically for West African graduate students studying in the US who do not have access to traditional forms of research funding because they are not US citizens. The deadline for submission is April 17, 2022.

The fellowship offers $4,000 for travel to conduct dissertation research in West Africa. WARA serves 18 countries in West Africa – Mauritania, Chad, Cameroon and the 15 ECOWAS countries.
