At Roger Miller Restaurant, all sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Returns for perishable items

Unless there’s something wrong with the food you ordered, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund for any menu items, as they are are perishable items.

Our returns policy is in accordance with statutory rights under the Environmental Health and Food Service Facilities Regulations. This might sound formal but simply means all our foods must be cooked and be of healthy and satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
